Lake Highlands is a neighborhood of 88,000 residents encompassing most of northeast Dallas, about 12 miles northeast of downtown. It’s bordered by Richardson on the north, Garland on the east, White Rock Lake and East Dallas on the south and Lakewood and North Dallas on the west. It’s bisected southeast – northwest by I-635, making it easy for residents to travel downtown and traverse the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
