Grapevine

Welcome to Grapevine

Grapevine was recently named the #17 best place to live on Money’s 2017 list. Home to Lake Grapevine, the Grapevine Mills Mall and the urban winery trail, Grapevine offers more than the average suburb. Like many Dallas suburbs the city of Grapevine is neighborhood based; however, it is anchored by a historic downtown that offers many more amenities than its neighbors. The downtown is so charming it attracts daytrippers throughout the metroplex. Grapevine antique stores, restaurants and shops are all bustling with locals and visitors during the weekend. The neighborhoods in Grapevine each offer unique advantages and an individual personality. Some are located within walking distance to Lake Grapevine, others offer the advantages of private fenced in backyards with pools and others are gated with private security.
