Calabasas (approx. pop. 24,000) is a beautiful city nestled in the rolling hills of the Santa Monica Mountains west of the San Fernando Valley. Situated 22 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles and 10 miles east of Malibu’s world-famous beaches, residents appreciate Calabasas’ proximity to many of Southern California’s top attractions. It is bordered by Los Angeles’ Woodland Hills neighborhood on the northeast, Topanga on the east, Malibu on the south and Hidden Hills on the north.
