Brentwood

Welcome to Brentwood

Brentwood (approx. pop. 33,000) is a trendy neighborhood in Los Angeles’ Westside section. Once a Mexican land-grant ranch, the neighborhood has undergone several periods of major revitalization and development; first in the 1880s and then against in preparation for the 1932 Summer Olympics when it hosted a portion of the pentathlon. Today, it is widely recognized as one of the most fashionable and upscale communities in the greater Los Angeles area. Brentwood is flanked on the north and west by the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains. On the south, residents will find Santa Monica’s city limits. I-405, Bel-Air and Westwood border the neighborhood on the east.
